Down the street from the famous Rockefeller tree, there’s a stunning tree with a gorgeous view of St. Patrick’s Cathedral. It lives at Lotte New York Palace, which is just a stone’s throw away from all of the major Christmas attractions: Rockefeller rink, Radio City, Saks windows, and all the 5th avenue spots. Inside the hotel, you’ll find more beautiful Christmas trees and a Santa’s mailbox where kids can write and mail letters to the North Pole. I absolutely love the Rockefeller tree and all of the festivities around it–it’s an absolute must see–but just a glance of the palace’s tree will stop you in your tracks. For absolute magic, see it on a snowy day or night with the cathedral in the background.
